Two ways for an organization to take part.

Any technology corporation, research institute or educational organization that endorses the Colchis Principles may accede to the Declaration by signing a protocol through the Secretariat (Article 8.1). Organizations with deep domain expertise may further be accredited as Authorized Validation Centers by the Concilium Professionalium (Article 7.2) and conduct the validation procedure themselves.

Article 8.1 · Accession

Sign the Declaration.

Accession is open and declarative. An organization endorses the twelve Colchis Principles and signs an accession protocol through the Secretariat, which acts as Depository and transmits certified digital and physical copies to all signatories.

  • Open to technology corporations, research institutes and educational organizations.
  • Signatories recognise ISTC credits and the Professional Qualifications Framework within their own practice.
  • Signatories may nominate experts to Expert Commissions and to the Concilium Professionalium.

Article 7.2 · Accreditation

Become a Validation Center.

The Concilium Professionalium accredits corporate academies, industrial corporations and independent institutes as Authorized Validation Centers. An AVC receives candidates' portfolios, runs the four‑stage procedure and records awarded credits on the ISTC Distributed Ledger.

  • Highest‑level expertise in one or more of the five tracks (Principle 2.4).
  • Capacity to convene Expert Commissions of three independent validators per case.
  • Complex cases (Blocks B, C, D) remain subject to final audit by the Concilium Professionalium.

Who does what

The validation ecosystem.

Authority is deliberately distributed. The Consortium guarantees the system and maintains the ledger; the Concilium Professionalium sets the Equivalence Matrix, accredits centres and audits complex cases; Validation Centers run the procedure; Expert Commissions of three judge each case in Blocks B–D; the professional owns the resulting record.
