Published in English by the Georgian publishing house Tsigni+Eri in Tbilisi, the authors from Poland, Türkiye and Switzerland address, among other topics, the ideas of the Georgian philosopher Merab Mamardashvili.

Founding parties adopted the Colchis Declaration at the inaugural assembly in Colchis, establishing the International Science and Technology Credits (ISTC) system, the twelve Colchis Principles and the Professional Qualifications Framework. Deployment of the ISTC Distributed Ledger and formation of Expert Commissions commenced the same day.

Batumi hosted an international meetup on artificial intelligence and modern education. The event brought together experts from Georgia, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands; specialists from the UK, the USA, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan also delivered online presentations.
